Richard Dusseau

Richard has over 10 years experience in management consulting and training. He has worked with companies around the country developing management skills, implementing healthy company cultures, and facilitating training programs. A leader in the hospitality industry, he has provided the necessary know-how for hotels to achieve and maintain the coveted five star status.

As a trainer of trainers at the Freeman Group he authored numerous training courses and provided leadership in one of the largest hiring initiatives in the last three years – supervising the recruiting and training of over 7,000 employees.

Richard has guided several companies in long-range marketing and sales and developing both internal and external company identities.

Richard has a certification in Instructional Techniques and has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Texas. On his off time you can find him running around the jungles of Indonesia collecting traditional art.
