Lisa has 17 years experience working in hotel sales and marketing. She has extensive background in training sales people including both Sales Managers and Directors of Sales. In addition, she has been involved in several pre-openings and take-over situations in which she has established the administrative set-up of the sales department in it’s entirety and has then developed and implemented a complete marketing strategy. Lisa’s experience is varied and she is familiar with virtually all market segments. She has worked with hotels located throughout the United States and this experience has increased her ability to provide knowledgeable assistance to properties nationwide in their marketing efforts. Lisa is the author of Hospitality Softnet, Inc.’s training programs, customized for the hotel industry. The primary copyrighted programs include The Sales Process, the Director of Sales Boot Camp Training, The Catering Sales Process and Transient Sales Manager Training. These programs are unique to the industry, and provide real-life training to enable participants to relate easily to the material covered, and absorb it quickly so they can use it in their day to day jobs. Lisa’s skills enable her to develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to effectively impact organizations within the hospitality industry. Having worked with many different types of hotels, in different parts of the country has provided a good knowledge of different market segments, their expectations, and methods needed to impact them successfully. Lisa has been actively involved in community organizations. She has served as Vice President of Training on the Jacksonville Chapter of HSMAI for two years, and also has served as President of this chapter. She served two years on the Education Board for the Jacksonville chapter of National Business Traveler Association and has been certified through PCMA. Lisa has been through many different sales training courses which combined with her years of on the job experience has enabled Lisa to assist hotels in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. |
