Jennifer Nicholas |
Jennifer has more than ten years human resources management experience, primarily in hospitality. She has been in charge of training, employee communications and human resources at several resorts. Jennifer has presented a variety of management development and guest service classes for her clients across the country, as well as provided human resources project assistance and leadership. She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is certified by Zenger Miller to teach their supervisory Front Line Leadership program. She has also taught courses at a Colorado community college as part of their business management faculty. She has worked with clients ranging from ski areas and hotels across the country, to banking, software and telecommunications businesses. Jennifer graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. |
